Once a written contract is signed and a deposit is received (where required), we will schedule your project based on crew availability and permit timelines. We will provide you with an estimated start date and will notify you of any changes with as much advance notice as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after permit applications have been submitted or materials have been ordered may result in fees to cover costs already incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written service contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any such changes promptly.
Payment terms are specified in your written service contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins to cover materials and permit costs. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of the work and the final walkthrough.
Accepted payment methods will be listed in your contract. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as specified in the contract.
If you have a dispute about an invoice, contact us at estimates@fostercityfence.com within 10 days of receipt. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
Where required, FC Foster City Fence will apply for building permits on your behalf as part of the service. Permit timelines are determined by the issuing authority and are outside our control. We cannot guarantee specific permit approval dates.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including HOA rules, easements, and property boundaries. We will make reasonable efforts to verify property lines before work begins, but the ultimate responsibility for confirming boundary locations rests with the property owner. We are not liable for disputes arising from inaccurate property boundary information provided by the customer.
FC Foster City Fence stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms - including duration and coverage - are outlined in your written service contract.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to storms, flooding, vehicle impact, vandalism, or modifications made by parties other than FC Foster City Fence after project completion.
Material warranties are subject to the terms of the manufacturer or supplier. We will assist you in understanding and pursuing manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FC Foster City Fence and its employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or your use of this website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a service contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
